The Re-use Community Project CIC is a community-based initiative that encourages the reuse of items that are no longer required, but that are still in good condition and that could be used by others. All profit made from the resale of goods is used to help to various local charitable organisations and causes.
Our aim is simple – to alleviate poverty, reduce
waste and tackle climate change by reducing
carbon emissions.
Reuse is open to the public 6 days a week Tue-Sat 10am-4pm and Sunday 11am-4pm
We believe that no one should be without a bed to sleep on, an oven to cook on or a sofa to sit on, so we are working in the local community to make this vision a reality.
We work in partnership with local organisations and members of the public to divert hundreds of usable household items from landfill and into low-income households, tackling poverty, isolation and inequality in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.
We often have great offers on a large selection of very good quality pre-loved furniture (including vintage), white goods, lighting and household items. We get new items coming in regularly, which are cleaned by our volunteers, we recommend you visit our warehouse in Kiln Farm and also check out our Facebook page for information on new stock competitions and more..
